The Tecnam P2006T is a twin-engine aircraft that was specifically designed for multi-engine training. The composite and aluminum construction of the aircraft makes it extremely lightweight yet very strong and robust; the total weight is only a couple hundred pounds heavier than the Cessna 172 Skyhawk! This modern aircraft is equipped with two Rotax 912S engines that burn only 5 gallons an hour each and can provide a maximum cruise speed of up to 148kts. The cabin is very spacious and can accommodate four people comfortably for long cross-country trips.
