The Cessna Stationair or 206 is larger, faster and able to carry much more weight than it’s little brother 172. With a fuel-injected 300 horsepower engine, the Stationair is able to cruise at a maximum speed of 160-170 kts while burning about 15 gallons of fuel an hour. The 206 was designed with travel in mind, it seats up to six people and can cruise long ranges up 700-900 miles depending on weight and cruise settings. This is our most popular aircraft for travelers wanting to fly to the Bahamas or Key West.
